Refund Eligibility Before Course Start:

Students may apply for a full refund at any time prior to the course start date.

Refund Eligibility After Course Commencement:

General Policy: Once the course has begun, refunds will not be issued except under exceptional circumstances. Any refund request will follow the guidelines outlined below.

Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 45 days of receiving the request. Refunds will be issued after deducting applicable processing fees.

Non-Refundable Charges:

Charges such as registration fees incurred during the admission process are non-refundable.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team.

Any refund granted will comply with applicable tax regulations.

All refund requests will be carefully evaluated to ensure fairness and adherence to policy.

Specific Refund Scenarios:

Withdrawal Within the First Week: If a student withdraws within the first week and has attended two or fewer sessions (5% or less of the total sessions), they are entitled to a 50% refund of the amount paid.

Withdrawal After the First Week: If a student has attended two or fewer sessions but more than one week has passed since the course began, they are eligible for a 20% refund of the amount paid.

Withdrawal After Two Weeks: If more than two weeks have passed since the course began, they are eligible for a 10% refund of the amount paid.

Withdrawal After One Month: If a student has not accessed any course content but more than one month has passed since purchase, the student is not eligible for a refund, even if only two sessions were conducted during that time.

Accessing More Than 10% of Course Content: If a student has accessed more than 10% of the course content (over one month), they are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the number of days since purchase.
